KJA’s first Queensland project, Currimundi House modernises family living with a layered approach.
Three volumes - a secondary dwelling, two-car garage and main dwelling - occupy the site and are connected by an undercover walkway that stretches from street frontage to a two storey glazed wall of the main dwelling located central to the site.
Designed for multi-generational and multi-functional living arrangements, a ‘granny flat’ is located at the fore, doubling as accommodation for visitors to the Sunshine Coast.
